Server Updating to Tekkit 3.1.1!

Due to the updates of Tekkit 3.1.1 (a current development buid) you will need to select (under options once you start up the Technic Launcher) Development Build!  If you do not update you will be forced to wait until it becomes the official recomended build and will not be able to log into the server!!!
