I am unable to get skype, teamspeak or mumble.
I believe however that all necessary communication can be done via /msg commands on the server  - or a provate admin chat channel perhaps.
I would prefer to be admin ingame as I have plans for large spleef/mob/pvp arenas and a large city for people to build in.
I did some forums moderation for the servers I was admin on previously that had forums and I have to say - Im not well suited to it.
